Celebrating Take A Part Carlow’s 2019 Art Projects

 On Wednesday 4th December 2019 in An Gairdin Beo, Take A Part Carlow hosted an evening to celebrate three of our recent projects, Breadfellow Chats, with artist Clare Breen, the Willow Lantern Project, with artist Caoimhe Dunn and also the design and launch of Take A Part Carlow’s new website, created by artist and designer Paul Byrne. The ceramic table ware for the community meal was created by community members during the Breadfellows Chats project which ran during the summer of 2019 where participants learned how to build ceramic vessels during collaborative meetings in peoples own homes. The finished works are now owned by the community to be reused for community meals and events on the regular basis.
