2023 So Far

Take A Part Carlow was delighted to premier RUBBISH a film commissioned by Take A Part Carlow and led by Outlandish Theater Platform, the Tullow Road Community and Carlow Youth Reach at VISUAL CARLOW. Take A Part Carlow welcomed circus performers, story tellers, magicians, poets, paper flower makers and face painters along with around 80 young people and their families to celebrate #cruinniunanog in Dereen Heights on the Tullow Road . At this years Carlow Arts Festival Take A Part Carlow Community Writer in Residence Clifton Redmond and the participants from the RIGHT TO WRIGHT Project read their poetry. In June poet Elizabeth Connors with Take Part Carlow community writer in residence poet Clifton Redmond and Arts Action Group member Aileen Noland celebrated Carlow Traveller Pride Festival 2023, at St. Catherine's Community Service Centre.
