About The Project

The Digital Scrapbook Project is part of the LOVE TO DRAW Ireland developed by Voluntary Arts Ireland in partnership with Take A Part Carlow, Glucksman Gallery Cork and Artlink Donegal

The Digital Scrapbook is a creative art project, led by artist Eilish Langton, where you make art at home to connect with others in your community by sharing your unique piece to takeapartcarloweditor@gmail.com a photo of your work and / or yourself and we will create a Digital Scrapbook for everyone to enjoy.

Thanks for agreeing to participate in this project.  By agreeing to take part in this project you give Take A Part Carlow the right to display your work and imagery on our website and other Take A Part Carlow social media and publications. You can withdraw from this project at any stage. Please read the consent and safety information provided Thank you

Why do it?

Take A Part Carlow has created so many projects already as a community and we want to continue creating with you. Due to the current situation of the Covid 19 Pandemic restrictions, we all have had to rethink our creativity and come up with new ways of connecting with each other and being heard. With your participation we want to create art that represents your community, life and ideas for the future that will live on beyond the art project. You can reflect on some of the previous projects you have done and even add ideas into this one. There is a further element to this project as we believe being directly involved in art contributes to positive health & well-being and we are delighted to support you with this.

Finally

Once you have created your masterpiece, email an image of your piece to takeapartcarloweditor@gmail.com Please keep your piece as the final works may go on exhibit in public art form as part of a future project with Voluntary Arts Ireland, LOVE TO DRAW IRELAND.

You can upload as many as you choose. Make sure you sign your work.
